Bench Space

Multiple fully equipped laboratory benches are available. Bench access supports molecular, analytical, microbiological, and applied biotechnology work conducted in accordance with established biosafety practices. Dedicated bench space may be reserved for exclusive use as part of longer-term arrangements.

All laboratory work is supported by an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) system to ensure documentation integrity, traceability, and structured data management. Role-based access controls and segregated user environments are implemented to support data privacy and project confidentiality. Laboratory computers are provided as part of the core infrastructure.

Equipment Leasing

Laboratory equipment is available on a flexible basis, either per hour of use or as part of an integrated access package. This model allows users to scale their work without the overhead of purchasing and maintaining specialized instrumentation.

Equipment access may be arranged independently or bundled with bench space, depending on project needs.

Office Space All-In Access

Dedicated office and cubicle space* is available for data analysis, documentation, project planning, and meetings. Office spaces are equipped with monitors and computer workstations and are available for user use as part of the laboratory infrastructure. A conference room is also available for meetings and collaboration.
