Universal AAV Standard
The Universal AAV Standard is a reference material designed to support robust AAV genome characterization and analytical consistency across platforms. It enables assessment of genome integrity by detecting deletions or rearrangements and supports structural optimization to ensure proper genome size and stability.
By providing a consistent reference for titer measurement, the standard helps bridge results across assays and platforms, improving reproducibility and comparability. Its design supports multiplex PCR workflows, allowing simultaneous detection of multiple genomic targets for efficient and accurate quantification.
The Universal AAV Standard is customizable across AAV serotypes and designed with future expandability in mind, enabling the incorporation of additional PCR targets as analytical needs evolve.
